We were blown away by the care and service provided by Roz and Mary Jo at Willoughby Hearing. They are super nice, and welcoming. The office is neat, and comfortable. MaryJo could not be nicer or more professional running the office. Roz was amazing. We learned so much, and have never had a check-up and ear care that was anywhere close to being as thorough, informative and enjoyable. We felt cared for and she explained everything so well and was super gentle. We could not be happier with the care we received. We actually look forward to going back! Thank you Roz and Mary Jo!
